Broker/Owner
Robin founded CPA Realty in 2006, bringing a background in operations, purchasing, and business management. Today, she oversees CPA’s financial management, client relationships, and long-term planning.
Her approach centers on clear communication and direct involvement. Robin works with boards, residents, and property owners to understand their priorities and build lasting relationships grounded in trust and accountability.
Director of Property Management
Cory oversees daily property operations, vendor coordination, and project execution. His hands-on approach includes building inspections, addressing maintenance concerns, and working directly with boards and owners.
With a background as a volunteer firefighter and EMT, Cory brings practical emergency-response experience and calm decision-making to building issues. Born and raised in Lynbrook and now living in Oceanside, he combines local knowledge with a focus on responsiveness, transparency, and follow-through.
